Sigma Gamma Rho . carries out its global community service programmatic foci through the leadership and direction of its regions. The Regional Syntaktes presides over each region, organizes and supervises chapters and gives the leadership necessary for an effective working unit of the sorority. The five Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. regions are as follows:

 CENTRAL REGION:

Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota,

Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin.
