Sigma Gamma Rho is comprised of five regional areas that serve different areas around the world. The Regional Syntaktes presides over each region, organizes and supervises chapters and gives the leadership necessary for an effective working unit of the sorority. Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. consists of the following regional areas:
