    Below is an explanation of what is included in each registration package to assist you in making the choice that best fits you and your guest(s).

    Registration Guidelines/Policies
    All registration dates will end at 12 midnight Pacific Time.

    Confirmations
    All registrants will receive written confirmation of registration via fax, e-mail or U.S. mail. If you do not receive your written confirmation within ten days of your registration, contact our international headquarters at 888-SGR-1922 to confirm that your registration was received. Additional Ticket Sales Each registered member can purchase no more than (2) additional event tickets.

    Payment 
    Full payment must accompany your registration. Accepted forms of payment are: Money Orders, Cashier's Checks or Certified Checks made payable to Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. The following credit cards are also accepted: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. If authorization is unable to be obtained with the credit card submitted, notifi cation will be made immediately and an alternate form of payment will be required within 72 hours of notification. Failure to provide an alternate form of payment will result in a Rejected Registration. Until a form of payment is received and receipted, registration is not confirmed. 

    Transfers
    A registration may be transferred if a registrant is unable to attend the conference. Requests for transfers must be made in writing on offi cial chapter letterhead and must include the original registrant's name and the substitute's name. This letter must be signed by the Chapter Basileus of the original registrant. Telephone Transfers are NOT accepted. Transfer letters must be postmarked or faxed by May 31, 2012 to be processed prior to the conference. After May 31, 2012 ALL transfer requests must be made onsite with an added fee of $25.00.

    Cancellations/Refunds

    Cancellations must be made in writing. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. Full refunds will be made for requests received by April 15. Cancellations postmarked or faxed between April 16, 2012 and May 31, 2012 will be charged $100.00. Cancellations postmarked or faxed after May 31, 2012 are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued 60 days after the Boule.
