Hartford, CT – On November 12th, the Beehive Bridge will be lit royal blue and gold to help celebrate the historic 100-year celebration of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.

Everyone is welcome to take photos or videos and share the celebration on social media.

The Beehive Bridge is right in the center of the city and is often lit up to honor and celebrate national organizations such as Breast Cancer Awareness and support for Ukraine.

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. was founded on the campus of Butler University in Indianapolis, IN. The seven founders envisioned a world in which all women and their families could reach their full potential, not only in the U.S. but globally. Through its commitment to serving the community, the sorority has grown to more than 500 chapters in the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, Germany, South Korea, Ghana, and the United Arab Emirates.
