We’re excited to begin the process with your Reactivation Request.
If you already have an existing online account that is currently inactive, please submit a Help Desk ticket letting us know you’d like to reactivate. Be sure to include as much information as possible—such as your Member ID, full name, maiden name, previous chapter, and any other relevant details—to help us locate your records quickly.
If you do not have an existing account, simply complete the short form below to create an account and begin the reactivation process.
Note: If you receive an "OOOPS!" message after submitting the form, please don’t worry. This is a known system issue currently being resolved. Your submission was received, and our staff will begin processing it shortly.
Members seeking reactivation will have 30 days to submit any missing information that is required in order to be billed. If the requirements are not submitted within this timeframe, members will be removed from the reactivation queue and will need to restart the process from the beginning. Once billed, the reactivating member has 30 days to satisfy the invoice.
